Christy brings 20 years of experience from a variety of areas including, community mental health facilities, schools and private practice. She believes the therapeutic process starts with you: what's going on in your life, what you would like to change, what is working, and what is not. Christy utilizes a client-centered focus to help kids, teens, adults, and families identify and understand their needs, clarify their goals and make desired changes at each person's own pace.

Among some of the issues with which she assists her clients are: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, the Autism Spectrum, and Sexual Identity. She utilizes the therapeutic relationship with clients along with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy strategies, and solution-focused methods to help clients and families learn tools to manage symptoms and increase life satisfaction.
